It must be innate human beings love to have pets. Perhaps, this is something that goes way back in our heritage living with nature side by side throughout our evolutionary history? Of course, many of us simply do not have the room to support a large pet so we have to choose smaller critics. Large dogs and cats are often difficult to care for and cost a bit of money due to their needs, vet bills and food.

Often for this reason people choose pets such as mice, fish, snakes, turtles or even hamsters. May I recommend a hamster? They are especially good for kids to teach them to care for animals. This book is part of the Barron's Publishing series on pets and this is by far the best book on hamsters that I have ever read. I recommend this book to parents who are looking into a hamster for a family pet or for single people who would just like to have a nice loving pet companion. Think on this book.
